Ice Hawks ‘Magis Reserve 2021’:
Our signature red blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Barbera. Hand grown from our tiniest vineyard block—roughly 700 vines total of high quality Merlot and Barbera. With flavors of cherry, tobacco, and mild spiced notes, this fruit forward wine is bold, balanced, and super crushable. Matured 12 months in neutral oak barrels. Hand grown and produced exclusively from low yielding organic vines. 13.5% alc/vol. Certified organic.

Ice Hawks ‘Malvazia 2021’:
100% Malvazia, the pride of the northern Adriatic. Hand grown from a single vineyard mountain block with steep rocky terraces, and south exposition. Fermented clean in steel, this everyday drinking wine is food versatile and refreshingly crisp. Notes of flowers, hay, and melon. 14% alc/vol. Certified organic.
